A beacon of sustainability and green design in a city of prosperous urbanism, Tripharos Tower looks to become a much desired destination for tenants and business owners of all kind. A living ecosystem the tower begins to breathe and live within the urban environment. Acting as a guiding light for the trans-bay epicenter for San Francisco, locals, and tourists that will easily be able to denote the location of the transit center. Creating an inviting urban atmosphere, individuals will be drawn into the alluring architecture that superimposes the setting; it must become the ecosystem, generate beautiful organic spaces, and create an inspirational beacon for San Francisco.
